Cancellation of Orders within 48 hours of placement will not be subject to any cancellation fees. Any order canceled after 48 hours, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees if the order has already shipped. To cancel the order, please call us at (954) 566 1230. Custom orders may not be cancelled after 48 hours as these items are put into production to your specifications.
In the case of an order cancellation, and the merchandise has already shipped, all freight charges including the return of the merchandise are paid for by the customer.
Returns or Exchanges can be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. All returned products must be in 'As Sold' condition (not used and not installed, in the original box with all original packaging and material included). Prior to returning the products, customers need to email or call us for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product are paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned furniture. Custom orders may not be returned.
Before signing delivery receipt, please inspect all boxes for signs of any visible freight damage and open any damaged boxes and inspect the merchandise to make sure that there is no damage to the merchandise. Do not sign delivery invoice unless you inspect all furniture and it is in good, undamaged condition, The Futon Company will not be responsible for damaged freight delivered if the freight carrier's receipt is signed as 'Received in good condition' and any damage is not documented with the carrier at time of delivery. All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All delivery dates are approximate and can change due to the production time frame, overseas loading plans, bad weather, and freight shipment logistics.
Product Finishes, color, texture, and graining variations can occur in the appearance of natural wood products; these are not normally considered imperfections. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. By purchasing online you agree that you cannot dispute the finish color or texture after taking delivery of a product.
Although these cases are rare, there may be information on TheFutonCompany.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Subject to inspection and manufacturers approval of the returned item, your order will be either shipped back to you as quickly as possible or a refund will be issued on sellers approval.

Price and product information
Sometimes there can be an error due to website errors or database errors, Buying prices are not guaranteed and we may contact you to inform you about such problems. By accepting this terms and conditions you agree that you won't file any claim or request us to grant the price that was displayed during checkout, in case of the above problems.
Futon Covers and pillows
To ensure that you have selected the correct cover, we encourage you to measure your futon mattress carefully and request a fabric sample before ordering.
The images shown on our website although close in color, may vary slightly to the actual fabric.
All covers are cut and sewn to order and are therefore non returnable and non refundable.
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and will ship out to the customer in 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time if you have ordered a cover with piping or any custom size cover or custom size pillow these will take approximately 10-14 days before shipping. Rush production on all custom orders will take an additional 1-2 days. Daybed covers, Bedding and Window Treatments are also considered custom as they are cut and sown to order and will also take approximately 14 days before shipping.

We provide standard ground shipping via United States Postal Service when you purchase any item from our website and you live within the USA*.
* Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US VI are subject to individual rate quotes and orders will not ship until the shipping rate is approved by the customer.
*Shipments going to Canada are subject to individual rate quotes and orders will not ship until the shipping rate is approved by the customer; Any duty, tax and brokerage fees are paid by the receiver.

If you need your order expedited and would like to choose a quicker method of shipping, you may do so for an additional charge.
The shipping cost is determined by the weight and dimensions of each individual package and we are therefore unable to show the price on our website for the expedited shipment services.
We will return a shipping quote to you by email or by phone for you to approve. The order will not ship out until you have approved the shipping charges and payment for the shipping has been processed.

* SWATCH PROGRM
Before ordering your cover we recommend you order 1 or more fabric samples so you can see and feel the fabric color and quality and ensure that you have made the right selection .
Fabric samples are 8" x 8" and are $5 each. A larger sample can be sent for an additional charge and can be requested by contacting us via email.
