Delivery by The Futon Company is available in Central and South Florida. We deliver futons from Dade to Volusia county including but not limited to, Broward, Miami, South Beach ,Jupiter, Boca, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Pompano, Pembroke Pines, Weston, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Royal Palm, Port St Lucie, Orlando, Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers and Key Largo.
Due to the continued effects of the pandemic and many of our manufacturers being short staffed, we are experiencing delays for orders to be processed and ship out (ETA 3 - 4 weeks) . Transit time is delayed to 2-3 weeks. Total ETA for Futon orders is between 4 - 6 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

Futon Covers and Pillow Covers over $99 are shipped Free (ETA 3 Weeks / 15 business days) of charge to the contiguous USA. Covers typically ship with UPS or FedEx. Shipping will be subject to individual rate quotes for any over sized box that may apply to orders with a multiple pillow inserts. We will advise you in advance if this is the case. All covers are made to order in the USA and production time is 5 to 10 business days from ordering. A Rush service is available for an additional charge. Please call for more information.
If you are ordering a queen size cover please check your measurements 60 x 78 x 7 is queen size. 54 x 74 by 7 is a full size. Many customers are convinced they have a queen futon when they actually have a full. Shipping charges will be applied to exchanges.
Shipping is available in the contiguous USA for Murphy Cabinet Beds and Innovation Living Sofas, all Futon Frames & mattresses, and Organic mattresses unless noted otherwise. In South and Central Florida, we will deliver in our own trucks within 200 miles of our Ft Lauderdale base. We will bring your new furniture into your home. Delivery windows are typically 3 hours.
We do ship with trucking companies for customers who live outside of our delivery area and are subject to individual rate quotes.
An economical drop off service is available on all other items for our Central and South Florida customers. This includes bringing your furniture inside your homes and a convenient 3 hour delivery window. We guarantee that your furniture boxes will be inspected for visible damage before loading and will be treated with care by our courteous drivers. An additional charge may apply for apartment buildings without elevators.

There are a few things we do not include with our White-Glove delivery service.
Waiting time: we charge $35 if our delivery driver has to wait up to 30 min. After 30 minutes have passed we will count the delivery as a missed appointment.
missed delivery appointments , will be subject to a 50% charge of the delivery fee
moving of existing furniture,
damage caused to artwork, walls or lamps due to insufficient space being provided for furniture to be assembled. Please allow a space of a minimum of 8ft x 8ft for the delivery person to assemble the furniture.
Please ensure you are home during your 3 hour arrival window. Allow at least an additional hour per piece for assembly. Please ensure there is a clear passage for the assembler to bring your furniture to the room of your choice. Make sure there is plenty of space for the assembler to work. If necessary remove small furniture items such as coffee tables and nightstands so the delivery person can work safely. If your furniture is going up-stairs and there’s no elevator please let us know for us to plan accordingly.
